Description
UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office Space in Hampton, Virginia The United States Government seeks to lease Office Space consisting of approximately 8,370 rentable sq. ft in Hampton, Virginia within the following designated area: West: LaSalle Ave from Settlers Landing Road to Kecoughtan Road South: Kecoughtan Road from LaSalle Ave then to Elizabeth Road then to the VA Medical Center to Route 64 East: Route 64 from the VA Medical Center then to County Street W then to Woodland Road then to Pembroke Ave then to Old Buckroe Road to Fox Hill Road North: Fox Hill Road from Woodland Road then to King Street N then to Settlers Landing Road to LaSalle Ave. The space should yield between 7,277 to 7,650 ANSI BOMA Office Area sq. ft. Public Parking is required within a 2 block radius. The proposed lease is for 10 years, 5 years firm, although a longer firm term may be considered for new construction. All services, utilities and tenant improvements shall be provided as part of the rental consideration. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than July 1, 2006. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. The Government does not occupy property located in a Flood Plain.
