Description

Requirements are issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside solicitation for seven items to be awarded as a 5 year, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, Firm Fixed Price contract. These seven items are all components that go into the M28 Simplifi ed Collective Protection Equipment (SCPE) and the processes include the sewing together of material per specification for laminate, Saranex, HDPE Scrim, LDPE Coating. The seven items to be procured are: CLIN 0001: Vestibule Liner, NSN: 4240-01-330-8891, P/N: 5-19-11373; End Item: M28 (SCPE). This clin has a guaranteed minimum quantity of 14 each. Total estimated quantity over 5 years is 300 each. The contract maximum for this item is 500 each. CLIN 0002: Type I End Section, NSN: 4240-01-330-8882, P/N : 5-19-11335; End Item: M28 SCPE. There is no guaranteed quantity for this clin. Total estimated quantity over 5 years is 200 each. The contract maximum for this item is 400 each. CLIN 0003: Type I Center Section, NSN: 4240-01-330-8884, P/N: 5-19-1139 5; End Item: M28 SCPE. There is no guaranteed quantity for this clin. Total estimated quantity over 5 years is 300 each. The contract maximum for this item is 500 each. CLIN 0004: Type I ISO Adapter, NSN: 4240-01-330-8890, P/N: 5-19-11372; End Item: M28 SCPE. This clin has a guaranteed minimum quantity of 3 each. Total estimated quantity over 5 years is 100 each. The contract maximum for this item is 250 each. CLIN 0005: Type I ISO Liner, NSN: 4240-01-441-7383, P/N: 5-19-11610; End Item: M28 SPC E. There is no guaranteed minimum for this clin. Total estimated quantity over 5 years is 10 each. The contract maximum for this item is 50 each. First Article Testing is required for each clin. FOB is Destination. Estimated ordering periods will be from awa rd date through 31 Dec 2010. Estimated solicitation issue date is 8 Nov 2005. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501 and 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c), therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. This solicitation incorporates a Technical Data Package (TDP) that cannot be provided via the internet.
