Description

THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED ON THE WEB VIA FEDERAL BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES (FEDBIZOPS). NO PAPER COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION OR AMENDMENTS WILL BE ISSUED. No public announcement of any amendments will be made. Vendors are advised to periodicall y check the web page for new amendments or other updates. Any changes to the solicitation will be posted only to the website. All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted to the Contract Specialist or Contracting Officer prior to the closing date. Estimated date RFP release is on or about 08 November 2005 and closing will be approximately 30 days later. RFP will be restricted to US and Canadian producers under 10 USC 2304(C)(3). The technical data package is Distribution A and will be available f or downloading from the FEDBIZOPS website after the solicitation has been released. Purchase Description: This solicitation is to establish a firm fixed price contract for a base quantity of 5,080 each plus 100% option for FY06 and 300% option for FY07 f or M485A2 MPTS NSN: 1320-01-054-9856, P/N: 9214142. FOB: Destination, Pine Bluff Arsenal, 10020 Kabrich Circle, Pine Bluff, AR 71602-9500. Contractors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award of any re sultant contract. The Internet site for registering in the CCR is http://www.ccr.gov/.
