- The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to award a non-competitive, sole source contract to Collaborative Testing Services, Sterling, Virginia for proficiency testing subscription services for laboratory tests in accordance with accreditation guidelines outlined under the American Society of Crime Laboratory Directors/Laboratory Accreditation Board (ASCLD/LAB). This service is required for FBI personnel to maintain their accreditation under the ASCLAD/LAB program. This is not a request for competitive proposals. See note 22 with change to reflect 10 day notification. No telephone calls will be accepted. Please note e-mail system is not always operational.
