- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation FA4877-06-Q-0096 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-05. (iv) This procurement is being issued as UNRESTRICTED under NAICS code 532412. (v) The contractor shall provide the following item: Rental for one year (12 months) of a 60-foot self-propelled aerial work platform (high reach boom lift), working height-60 feet, ground clearance-16 inches, lift capacity-500 pounds freight. Equipment serviced every 3 months to ensure operation of unit. (vii) Delivery is 14 days ARO to Davis Monthan AFB, AZ (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (ix) 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies. Quotes will be evaluated on price. (x) Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at, 52.204-8, Annual Representations and Certifications and submit with its offer. (xi) Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
