- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being required and a written solicitation will not be issued. CONTACT BUYER (EDDIE SHAW) FOR MB-4 Commercial Item Description. Scope of work establishes the guidelines for the necessary services, materials and facilities required lease for one commercially equivalent MB-4 Tug for one year IAW attached MB-4, Commercial Item Description. Request option for two 1-year extensions. Also procure lease for one commercially equivalent MB-4 Tug for six months IAW attached MB-4, Commercial Item Description with option to extend 6 months. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-05, Effective 27 Jul 05 & Class Deviation 2005-o0001.
