- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and no written solicitation will be issued. This is a seeking source and combined synopsis/solicitation for (5) each Guard, Mechanical Drive, NSN 2835-01-073-0725, Army P/N 12286522, Honeywell P/N 3-140-289-05 with an option to buy 1 to 150 ea over a period of (1) year from date of contract. FOB Destination, Ft Riley, KS. Parts must be currently available in stock on-the-shelf items. The urgent requirement for these parts will not allow time for parts manufacturing. This solicita tion W912JC-06-R-4000 is issued as an RFP. Estimated value of this contract is between $100,000 and $200,000. Estimated value of this acquisition is between $100,000 and $250,000. This solicitation incorporates provisions in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-18. SIC code: 3724. NAICS code is 336412. This requirement is for the Advance Turbine En gine Army Maintenance Team, Kansas Army National Guard, Bldg 1460, Ft. Riley, KS. Proposals will be evaluated and award made on the basis of the lowest priced technically acceptable proposal. A technically acceptable proposals is one which the contractor has on-the-shelf government compliant parts. Prospective contractors must provide a sample of each part for inspection and approval by the ATEAM Quality Assurance Inspector. No Multiple Awards will be made. This is a solicitation document and incorpora tes provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular, 2005-04. The provision at FA 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications (5/2004) applies to this acquisition. A completed-signed copy of this provision shall be submitted with any proposal. The clause at FAR 52-212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions (10/2003) applies to this acquisition.
