- Project consists of Construction of an approximate 1000 square meter Aquatic Survival Training Facility to include standing seam metal roof, masonry and steel structure, a large indoor pool, classrooms, offices, showers and locker rooms, miscellaneou s support spaces and sitework. Options for chain link fence, additional paving and additional drainage work are included. THIS PROCUREMENT IS SET-ASIDE FOR HUBZONE CONTRACTORS ONLY. 20% of the work must be self-performed. This solicitation is a Request fo r Proposal (RFP). Proposals received in response to this solicitation will be evaluated in accordance with the following criteria listed in descending order of importance: Prime Contractor Construction Experience; Key Personnel; Prime Contractor Constructi on Past Performance; and Price. The basis for award is Lowest Priced/Technically Acceptable process. The price range is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000.This project is available on compact disk only. Project specification files are Portable Document Format (PDF) files and can be viewed, navigated, or printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader. The drawing files are in CAL format and can be viewed, navigated, or printed using MaxView Reader. Solicitation is to be issued on or about 14 November 2005 with proposals due on or about 19 December 2005 2004 at 4:00 pm Louisville Time.
