- NOTICE: THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONTRACTORS. Supply and install a Ground-Source Heat Pump HVAC. Work will include installation of Ground-Loop, Heat Pump Piping, drilling by a Qualified Well Driller to replace HVAC system in existing maintenance building. The NAICS code for this project is 238220, Business Size Standard is $12 Million. Contract duration is 60 days following notice to proceed. In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the price range for this contract is between $100,000 and $250,000. An organized site visit will be scheduled and announced in the contract package. The Solicitation and attachments will be posted on electronic commerce on or about November 08, 2005 at the following website: http://ideasec.nbc.gov. Offerors wishing to receive electronic notification of changes will need to register to receive notification of this specific solicitation at http://ideas.nbc.gov.
