- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego (SSC-SD) intends to negotiate a 12-month non-competitive contract No. N66001-06-D-0009 with Northrop Grumman. Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center San Diego C4I Programs Office Philadelphia (SSC SD C4I Programs Office Philadelphia) requires engineering and technical services support associated with the development, integration, installation and implementation of numerous programs under its mission, such as Cruise Missile Command and Control Systems and related components, Tomahawk Command and Control Systems, Naval Mission Planning System (NavMPS) and related systems, Advanced Technology Implementation and Security Engineering, Distributed Common Ground System ??? Navy (DCGS-N), Deepwater, Tactical Automated Mission Planning System (TAMPS) and related systems, Navy-Portable Flight Planning Software (N-PFPS), Joint Mission Planning Systems (JMPS), Digital Photo Lab (DPL), Digital Camera Receiving Station (DCRS), and National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). The estimated level of effort for the planned period of performance is 102,444 hours. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541330. Award of this 12-month contract will allow time to award a competitive follow-on procurement to contract N00140-01-D-E407, currently being performed by Northrop Grumman. Draft SOW Attached.
