- The Marine Corps Systems Command intends to issue a delivery order modification with Northrop Grumman Computing Systems, Incorporated, Greenbelt, Maryland to procure installation and integration packaging for Theatre Battle Management Core Systems (TBMCS) peripheral equipment purchased in this delivery order. This effort is a logical follow on to the original order. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.
