Description

The United States Government currently leases approximately 50,000 BRSF of office and related space. The Government will relocate if consideration of the economics involved and other factors prove favorable. The cost of moving, replication, and impact on agency mission, among other things, will be considered in the relocation decision. Occupancy is required no later than August 1, 2006. LOCATION: All properties offered to the Government in conjunction with this requirement must be located within Arlington, Fairfax, and Prince William County, including the cities and towns located within the geographic area bounded by these counties in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
