- SOURCES SOUGHT - PROVIDE SUPPORT IT SERVICES TO DoDEA HEADQUARTERS DoDEA seeks SMALL BUSINESS sources with DoD expertise to provide administration and maintenance support as follows: approximately 400 Windows and Apple desktop and notebook computers, 60 windows and Unix Servers, approximately 300 Hewlett Packard, Lexmark and Dell printers, network, video teleconferencing system, implement IAVAs, support the DoDEA configuration manager and administer an Avaya Definity telephone system. All of the above equipment is currently located at DoD Education Activity (DoDEA) Headquarters, 4040 North Fairfax Drive, Arlington, VA 22203. DoDEA seeks maintenance for all the above, to include management of warranty support and labor, same business day support response time, to be quoted on an annual basis. Information submitted shall be marked with restrictive legends as deemed appropriate by the potential offeror. Data with restrictive markings will be handled in accordance with the restrictions thereto. Interested parties must provide paper submittals with copies on disk in MS Word or Adobe Acrobat format. Information is to be received by the Government by November 4, 2005. Firms responding to this ?sources sought? are asked to provide the following information in their response: (1) company?s full name, business size, Cage Code; and small, small-disadvantaged, 8(a), HUB-Zone, service disabled veteran or woman-owned business, and point of contact; (2) website references, brochures, and prepared literature relevant to capture, storage capabilities, experience with large-scale efforts of this type, (3) list of contract vehicles; e.g. GSA Schedule Contract; to facilitate any potential acquisition, (4) time required to stand up operation, incremental or comprehensive implementation timeline, (5) anticipated risk issues and mitigation actions. Limit responses to items (4) through (5) to no more than 10 pages. The applicable NAICS code is 541513. The size standard, as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration, is $21 million.
