This is a proposed fixed price definite quantity contract. Quantity: 3884 each, 48 DARO, 100% Quantity Option applies. Notes 23 and 26 apply. Unrestricted. Intended sources: Michelin Aircraft Tire CAGE 0A1K8, Goodyear Tire & Rubber CAGE 04NP4. Any manufacturer other than the approved sources wishing to submit a proposal must submit a complete source approval package. Navy CRITICAL SAFETY ITEM (CSI). Configuration Control applies. Critical Application Item. Flight Safety Item. QAP 105. Qualified Product List item. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be awarded as a definite quantity contract. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
