- This requirement is for non personal service, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) type contract to provide support to the National Marine Fisheries Service, Southwest Fisheries Science Center (SWFSC) on an as-needed basis is required. General and specific personnel requirements and duties for scientific and technical personnel will be provided through individual Task Order(s) for work to be performed at the SWFSC facility in La Jolla, CA, and/or various other NMFS sites within the region for which the Center provides support or a NOAA vessel. Labor categories to fulfill these scientific and technical support services will include, Scientist, Biological Technician, Computer Specialist, and Administrative Support. Any resulting contract will produce firm-fixed price task order(s). The period of performance is for one (1) base year and four (4) additional one-year option years with a minimum ordering amount of $10,000 and a maximum of $9,000,000 over the life of the contract. This is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. NAICS Code: 541990 Size limit for small businesses is $6.0 million. To receive this solicitation, use the contact points listed in this announcement.
