- The Department of Justice is issuing this solicitation amendment in order to provide answers to questions submitted by industry in response to the solicitation issued for its trash and debris removal project at the Main Justice Building located at 950 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20530. The amendment also revises sections B, C-3 and C-5 of the solicitation to require self-contained versus open top containers. Please access the attachment to this synopsis for the listing of questions and answers and the amended solicitation. The scope of the required services include all labor, management, supervision, materials, equipment and transportation necessary to provide trash and debris removal. The Government intends to award a Small Business Set-Aside (SBSA) contract. The period of performance will be a base year, with four (4) one-year options thereafter. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 562111, Solid Waste Collection, with a size standard of $10,500,000.00.
