Description

RFP VA-786-05-RP-0090 Furnish, Deliver and Install Concrete Grave Liners @ Quantico National Cemetery, Triangle, VA Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, and materials to furnish, deliver (F.O.B. Destination within consignee premises) and install concrete grave liners at Quantico National Cemetery, 18424 Joplin Road, Triangle, VA 22134. Contract covers base period January 1, 2006, or date of contract award through December 31, 2006, with up to four 1-year options to extend the term of the contract through December 31, 2010. This acquisition is a total (100%) set-aside for small business concerns. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 327390 is applicable. Request for a hard copy of the solicitation must be in writing to Mr. Gregory Hanks, Contracting Officer. Please reference Solicitation Number RFP VA-786-05-RP-0090 on remittances. No telephone requests will be accepted. Hard copy solicitations will be issued via Fed Ex on or about October 28, 2005. The solicitation may also be obtained FREE OF CHARGE, from VA's Business Opportunities System via the Internet at the following URL address on or about October 28, 2005: http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments. See Note 1.
