Description

The Army Contracting Agency, Northern Region; Dugway Proving Ground Directorate of Contracting, Utah (hereinafter refrerred to as the Government) is requesting quotations (W911S6-06-T-0001) for quarterly preventative maintenance (scheduled maintenanc e to be performed every three months), and emergency repair and visits required for Getting/Castle, Amsco, and Steris sterilizers, cage washers and glassware washers located at the Life Sciences Test Facility (LSTF), Building 2029, Baker area, Dugway Provi ng Ground, Dugway, Utah. This requirement is for a time-and-materials type contract for a one-year (12 month) base period, and four (4) one-year (12 month) option periods. A full statement of work for the required services is provided within the solicit ation document. This requirement is set-aside for small business. The applicable NAICS code is 339111 (500 employees). The solicitation will be available on or around 14 Nov 2005 through the Armys Single Face to Industry website at https://acquisitio n.army.mil/asfi/ and through the U.S. Army Contracting Agency - Dugway Proving Ground website at https://dugway.army.mil/CONTRACTING/procurement/solicitations.htm (Note: When accessing either the ASFI or the Dugway Proving Ground website, make sure the ad dress begins with https, not http, to gain access to the secure web server).
