DESC: Solicitation W911S2-06-T-0008 is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation documents and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulations Acquisition Circular Number 2005-06. This acquisitio n is set-aside for SMALL BUSINESS, quotes will be accepted from all eligible firms; the Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 5083; North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 333111. Interested parties must submit their quoted prices in strict a ccordance with the following bid schedule: CLIN 0001: Furnish and deliver the following: 2 each Utility Tractors. Utility Tractors must meet the following specifications as listed below: Tractor specifications must be submitted along with quotation. Horse Power Range: minimum / maximum range, 90-120 Towing capacity: Minimum towing capacity 30,000 lbs. Weight: Minimum weight without ballast 10,000 lbs, Minimum weight ballasted 12,000 lbs. Engine: Diesel Cold start package Fuel Heating System Drive Transmission: 4 Wheel Drive 8 Position Rear Steel Wheel Mechanical Front Wheel Drive Axle Power Quad Left Hand Reversible Synchronization, 16/16 30K Cab: Enclosed with Heat & Air conditioning External Adjustable Work Lights-2 Front & Back; Hazard Lights-2 Front & Back Extra work light for left rear corner of cab to provide extra lighting Rear window wiper with front & washer Backup Alarm Tires: Bar or Contractor Tread, Liquid filled (Calcium Chloride). Tire should require no liner or inner tube.
