- U.S. Army Research, Development and Engineering Command (RDECOM), Communications-Electronics Research, Development and Engineering Center (CERDEC) Intelligence and Information Warfare Directorate (I2WD), Fort Monmouth, NJ, is hosting an Industry Day on December 6, 2005 from 8am 12pm. The purpose is to provide an opportunity for interested parties to view the TROJAN Special Purpose Integrated Remote Intelligence Terminal (SPIRIT) II system and to provide an overview of the requirements concerning th e upgrading of the TROJAN SPIRIT II satellite communications (SATCOM) terminals. A draft specification was previously provided under the Request For Information published under the CECOM Market Survey section of the ABOP on 29 September 2005. (Please not e the tracking number previously assigned as W15P7T-05-R-P056 has been changed to W15P7T-06-R-P001). The Industry Day information is as follows: Time: 0800a.m.-1200p.m. EST - The TROJAN SPIRIT II system will be set up for viewing from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. Technical discussions will take place from 10:30 a.m. until noon. Please note that no one-on-one discussions/meetings shall be conducted . Date: Tuesday, December 6, 2005 Location: Gibbs Hall (Officers Club), 300 Tinton Avenue, Building 2000, Fort Monmouth, NJ. The directions to Gibbs Hall can be found under Solicitation Number W15P7T-06-R-P001 on the ABOP website: https://abop.monmouth.army.mil/ Questions and Answers resulting from the Industry Day technical discussions will be posted to the ABOP no later than December 16, 2005. Due to limited space, attendees shall be limited to three representatives per company.
