- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service will be establishing Blanket Purchasing Agreements(BPA) in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.303. This BPA will be for Small Equipment Rantal with Operator and will be awarded only to local vendors in or near to Corvallis, Oregon. Vendors who can provide the products specified below are encouraged to submit a proposal in accordance with the terms of the solicitation. The contractor will provide the Willamette Valley National Wildlife Refuge Complex with small equipment and operators to perform fuels reduction and site rehabilitation work in woodland or prairie restoration projects. Chemical specifications and costs are not to be included. These will be specified by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Work will be performed using the following equipment and specified attachments: "Low ground pressure skid steer: rubber tracked machine with a minimum of 84 horsepower "Mower: rotary blades, drum or disc - specify when bidding "Grapples "Feller/buncher or shears "Stump treatment capability (Hack & Squirt) chemical cost not to be included; to be specified by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. Treatment application may be mechanical or manual. "Windrower/mulcher ATV with the following attachment and capability: operator must hold current pesticide applicator's certificate. Project requirements may include both aquatic and terrestrial application license. "Weed Wiper: 6-12' span adjustment "Chemical application capability: boom, nozzle or hand - chemical type and adjustment to be determined by site/species treatment chemical cost not to be included "Seed Spreader For questions pertaining to this announcement contact Lorrie J Gleghorn, Contract Specialist at 503-231-2392.
