This is sole sourced to TA Instruments, 109 Lukens Dr., New Castle, DE 19720, based on compatibility with existing equipment. Any firms believing that they can provide the Differential Scanning Calorimeter, may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice.
