Description

The Government intends to negotiate a Labor-Hour type contract for Para-Professional Case Management Assistants for the Naval Medical Center, Portsmouth, Virginia. The scope of duties shall include but will not be limited to: provision of direct patient services, participation in Graduate Medical Education programs, provision of ongoing care for an enrolled population. The Performance Work Statement will be detailed in the solicitation. The Period of performance of the resulting contract will be from 01 February 2006 through 30 September 2006 with provisions for four (4) one (1) year option periods. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The FSC Code is Q401. Potential offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and any subsequent amendments to the solicitation will only be available by downloading the documents at http:www2.eps.gov, as this office no longer issues hard copy solicitations. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted on or about 09 November 2005. By submitting an offer, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor or the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended of debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal agency. Failure to do so may be grounds for refusing to accept the proposal.
