- This amendment is issued to incorporate the following FAR Clauses. FAR Clause 52.216-18 Ordering ORDERING PROCESS Oral orders will be placed under this IDTC (Requirements) contract providing the following provisions are complied with: 1) No single oral order shall exceed $100,000; 2) The contractor shall maintain an Oral Order Log in an Excel spreadsheet (sample format like the electronic copy/line items) as written confirmation of the oral orders; the oral order log shall be provided to the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) not later than the 7th calendar day following the month in which the oral order was issued; 3) At the time an Oral Order is issued, the Government Ordering Officer (OO) will provide the Contractor with a government-wide purchase card number; 4) The Contractor shall not add any fee charged by the merchant to the price of the item(s). Contractor shall not charge sales tax, unless the location of the merchant?s business is in a state that does not afford the Federal Government a tax-exempt status under its state and local laws. 5) Any supplies and services to be furnished under this contract shall be ordered by issuance of oral orders by the individuals or activities designated in the Schedule. All oral orders are subject to the terms and conditions of this contract. In the event of conflict between an oral order and this contract, the contract shall control. FAR Clause 52.232-36 Payment by Third Party (May 1999) PAYMENT PAYMENT WILL BE MADE BY GOVERNMENT PURCHASE CARD in accordance with the clause entitled Payment by Third Party.
