Description

Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision for WINDOW AND DOOR GLAZING REPLACEMENT as specified at ISD building #282, United States Coast Guard Training Center Cape May, NJ (Cape May county). In general the work includes but is not limited to the following: 1.1. Replace existing windows and doors as indicated with new insulated window and door insulated glazing, weather stripping, and caulking. 1.2. The existing metal panel wall system and accessories is the Butlerib II on fluted masonry block. Selected door and window glazing must equal existing system in assembly, performance (design stresses, wind loads, thermal movement and water permeation) and aesthetics. Period of Performance shall be 90 day after issuance of Notice to Proceed. This procurement is estimated between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. This procurement is a Total Set-Aside for Small Business Firms. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238150 with a size standard of $12.0M.
