- NSN 7105-00-935-0422 - fully competitive item description. It is the intent of Defense Supply Center Phila/C & E to award this item under a one year Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) contract, total dollar value not to exceed $5,000,000.00. The solicitation will be issued under FAR Part 13.5 - Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. Delivery will be FOB destination. Required delivery schedule will be 60 days for the current requirement quantity of 60,000. Offerors will be evaluated for past performance using the Automated Best Value System (ABVS). This is a PRE-SOLICITATION notice only. The anticipated issue date for the solicitation is on OR about Nov. 10, 2005. Anticipated award date is on OR about Nov. 30, 2005.
