- Description
- The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has a requirement to provide all labor, supervision, equipment and material necessary to provide janitorial services under a performance based contract at the NOAA, National Environmental Satellite, Data and Information Service, Command Data Station, 35663 Chincoteague Road, Wallops, Virginia 23337. Period of Performance will be 01 February 2006 through 31 January 2007, with three one-year options. The applicable NAICS number is 561720 and the small business size standard is $14.0 million annually. This requirement is 100% set aside for Small Business. No Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating assigned. To be eligible for award, offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR): www.ccr.gov <http://www.ccr.gov/> and must have registered at Dun and Bradstreet and have a valid DUNS number and provide with the bid. Contractors can obtain a DUNS number by calling 1-800-333-0505. All responsible small business sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the agency. To be eligible for award, all offerors must complete the online Certifications and Representations at http://orca.bpn.gov/publicsearch. Copies of the solicitation will only be available via this website. The solicitation, notice and all amendments will be posted and available for viewing and downloading on the Government Electronic Posting System (Fed Biz Opps) site at www.fedbizopps/. No paper copies will be issued. No telephone, facsimile or written requests will be accepted. When the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. The solicitation will be issued as a commercial item acquisition on or about November 1, 2005 utilizing simplified acquisition procedures. Numbered Note 1 applies.
