- Description
- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) currently holds a Service Agreement with Hewlett-Packard (HP)Company for maintenance on HP computer equipment. The computer equipment is in support of the Systems Management Facility infrastructure at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center, Oklahoma City, OK. The service provides hardware and software support for HP equipment and is upgraded to provide a customized, high level of expert service in support of the FAA's business-critical environment. Frequent hardware upgrades are available throughout the year and must be installed by the manufacturer to maintain warranty. The FAA will, therefore, make an award on a single source basis for this maintenance upgrade to HP as the original manufacturer of this equipment.
