- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. Solicitations are not available at this time. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Federal Government. The Department of Veterans Affairs National Cemetery Administration has a requirement for electric services at the six cemeteries in the Fort Harrison National Cemetery complex: City Point National Cemetery; Cold Harbor National Cemetery, Fort Harrison National Cemetery, Glendale National Cemetery, Richmond National Cemetery, and Seven Pines National Cemetery. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and supplies to furnish electric service to these cemeteries. The service period of performance will be a base year with four one-year options. Contractors capable of providing electric service in a cost-effective manner and interested in receiving a solicitation must submit a written request for the Request for Proposal (RFP).
