Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the annual preventative maintenance and emergency repair for four (4) each I.S.A.P. IR security cameras, to include a one-year (12 month) base period (CLIN 0001) and four one-year (12 month) option perio ds (CLINs 1001, 2001, 3001, and 4001). The cameras are as follows: one (1) each I.S.A.P. Cyclops, serial no. 22733-015, and three (3) each I.S.A.P. CPOD, serial no. 22788-256, 22788-257 and 22788-259. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on W911S6-06-T-0002. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). North American Industrial Classification Standard 561621 applies to this procurement.
