Description

Nonpersonal services and materials to perform maintenance and repair on Government owned refrigeration / air conditioning systems and boilers on an as needed basis at the Corpus Christi Army Depot, Corpus Christi, Texas. This acquisition is 100 perc ent set aside for small business concerns. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. The Contractor shall provide documentation to demonstrate a minimum of 36 months hands-on experience within the last 5 years on industrial an d commercial air conditioning/refrigeration and possess as a minimum, a Class B Air Conditioning/Refrigeration Contractors license. Contractor must be knowledgeable of and follow all codes related to air conditioning and refrigeration and the Uniform Mech anical Code standards. Contractor technicians shall possess and provide a valid Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) approved Section 608 Universal technician training certificate. This is a written solicitation. No telephonic inquiries. All specifica tions are contained in the solicitation package. The solicitation package will be released on or about 12 November 2005.
