- Description
- The U.S. Army TACOM-ARDEC intends to award on a sole source basis to BAE Ordnance Systems, Kingsport, TN the requirement for the Advanced Cluster Energetic (ACE) Fluid Energy Mill (FEM). BAE shall install, setup and provide operating assistance of the ACE FEM for the purpose of demonstrating the feasibility of coating inert and RDX materials. BAE Systems is the only manufacturer and supplier of the RDX. POC for this action is Cathy Kallistros, ckallis@pica.army.mil.
