- Description
- Red River Army Depot, Texarkana TX, 75507-5000 has a requirement to convert existing unleaded fuel tanks to diesel fuel storage tanks. One tank will also be converted from diesel storage to JP8 storage. Work includes adding new service ports to exist ing tanks to support the conversion and replumbing pipes and connect service ports. A new diesel bulk fuel dispenser, similar to exisiting dispenser, will also be required. Existing piping will be re-utilized to the greatest extent possible. All pipes sha ll be painted and labeled. A site visit is recommended for this project. The solicitation should be available for download from the Red River Army Depot website at https: www.redriver.army.mil on or about 27 Oct 05.
