PRON: AX5J0613AX, NSN: 2835-01-205-3949, PN: 3846127-1, Quantity: 20 each, with two100% options, applicable to the AGPU, F.O.B. Origin with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA. The required delivery is 20 each, 209 days after contract award (DACA). This it em is restricted to Honeywell, because the data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under CAPSAR and Policy Relating to Source App roval Request for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency.
