PRON: AX5T1109AX, NSN: 2915-01-317-6423, PN: 5035T76P11, Quantity: Min: 350 each, Max: 1350 each, 5 year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), applicable to the UH-60(T-700) Engine, FOB point is Origin, with deliveries to Stockton, CA. The requ ired delivery with First Article Test, is 350 each, 399 Days after Contract Award (DACA). The required delivery, without FAT, is 350 each, 274 DACA. This item is restricted to Pall Aeropower Corporation, (8350) and General Electric Company(99207), this part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms t hat recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and lookin g under CAPSAR and Policy Relating to Source Approval Request for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE AR MS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT.
