- Description
- The Naval Air Depot, Cherry Point, NC has a requirement for the servicing of 42 hydronic systems, which includes twenty three (23) closed loops and consisting of 15 cold water closed loops (CCL) and 8 hot water closed loops (HCL). In addition, there are nineteen (19) open loop (OL) cooling tower systems. The contractor shall furnish and add chemicals to the existing chemical feed equipment on each system. Chemicals shall be added to the systems as required to maximize system cooling efficiency and minimize potential damage to the systems and process equipment due to cooling water conditions. The period of performance is 19 March 2006 thru 18 March 2007 with provision for four (4) option years.
