- The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 955 rentable sq. ft in Tifton, Georgia within the following designated area: North: 20th Street, South: US Highway 82, East: Prince Street and West: Carpenter Road. The space should yield between 830 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet to 871 ANSI/BOMA usable sq. ft. Protective fencing and/or enclosed garage or parking area is required to secure parking for 2 government vehicles. Surface or structured parking is required for 3 employee vehicles. The proposed lease is for 10 years, 5 years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than June 1, 2006. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Space located in a retail facility is not acceptable for this requirement.
