- This purpose of this modification notice is to change the solicitation number from HDEC02-05-R-0004 to HDEC02-06-R-0002. The expected release date of HDEC02-06-R-0002 is January 6, 2006; the expected date for receipt of proposals is February 6, 2006. Other infomation remains unchanged. Fresh Beef products for resale in 132 Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) commissaries assigned to DeCA's East and West Regions to include Keflavik, Puerto Rico and Cuba. Store locations will be broken down geographically into 13 groups. One award will be made per group on an all-or-none basis. Contract type: Fixed-price Requirements Contract. Performance period: Base year and 2 one-year option periods. The RFP will be available for download from www.fedbizops.gov.
