- This notification represents formal public announcement of the performance decision on the standard competition for the commercial activity functions at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for Office Automation and Clerical Support. The study was conducted in accordance with revised OMB Circular A-76 dated May 29, 2003. Under this standard method of competition, the Agency's cost of performing these services were compared against the cost of these services in the private sector as proposed under this solicitation. Two technically-acceptable private sector proposals were received for this solicitation in additional to the CDC Agency Tender and after evaluation of the proposals, the results indicate that the CDC Agency is the low-cost provider. The total cost of Agency performance is $33,625,687. Release of information on this study will be conducted in accordance with Attachment B Section D.6.e of the A-76 Circular.
