- YPE05241000045, 5962-01-406-2886. Approved source(s): (09059) P/N 8655314-001; (4U884) P/N 5102670-1 or 8655314-001; all to be IAW Drawing 8655314. The requirement is for 25 each to be delivered to Tracy, CA within 300 days with any balance to be delivered at a rate of 15 each every 30 days thereafter. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note 26. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/Rfp on its issue date of 14 November 2005. Hard copies of this solicitation are NOT available. This is an unrestricted procurement. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. Various increments solicited: from 10 ea to 24 ea; from 25 ea to 49 ea; from 50 ea to 99 ea. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
