- NSN 4710-00-172-2352 PR 0011613093 Tube assembly, air conditioning Northrop Grumman (26512) P/N 123EC10053-50. Quantity 14 each, including 100% option. FOB origin to New Cumerland PA, with delivery in 300 days. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Notes 22 & 26. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps, and at https://www.dibbs/bsm.dla.mil/RFP, on its issue date of 11/14/05. Any amendments and attachments are available on this same site. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved sources are Northrop Grumman. It is anticipated that award will be made via a delivery order to an existing basic ordering agreement. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evalulation factors as described in the solicitation.
