Solicitation documents are not available. This proposed contract action is for procurement of a Bemco Model TS2-160/200C Turboshok 2-Zone. LN2 Cooled Rotary Thermal Shock Chamber. Systems specifications are: 1. Exterior Dimensions: 74? x 64? x 54? (?HWD). 2. Test Volumn Per Zone: 13?H limited by an 11? radius per zone 3. Load Capacity: 7 pounds per workspace (2 worspaces at 14 pounds total) 4. Temperature Range: Hot Zone - +90F to +392F and Cold Zone -250F to +50F 5. Power: 230VAC/3 Phase / 60 Hertz SYSTEM INCLUDES: 1. 1000 cfm airflow per zone 2. Horizontal airflow pattern 3. Nichrome wire heaters 4. Watlow Model F4 16-bit digital microprocessor controller programmer with 256 steps and 40 nameable profiles, real time clock and EIA-232/485 communication port 5. Electric transfer motor 6. Continously heliarc welded stainless steel interior 7. FM approved high/low temperature safety sytem with audio & visible alarms & manual reset 8. Shelf with 2? lip, stainless 9. Shelf pilaster 10. Recorder, Honeywell DR4500 Truline, 2-Channel 11. Quiet Package, LN2 12. Digital Temperature Indicator for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1. The proposed source is Bemco Inc. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, the Government will consider all quotations/responses received within three (3) days of the issuance of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
