Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation, IAW USAFE FAR 5305.204-110, for commercial service listed below and on attached quote sheets. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Funds for this acquisition are currently available. Multiple awards are possible as a result of this RFQ. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contract Registration database, located at https://www.bpn.gov/CCR/scripts/index.html, in order to receive an award. All service will be performed at the customers? locations at either RAF Alconbury or RAF Molesworth in the United Kingdom. This service contract will be awarded for a base plus two option years, options to be exercised at the US Government?s discretion. This contract will be to perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on several different make and models of material handling equipment and sweeper trucks. A listing of these makes and models are listed on the attached quote sheets. Because quick responses are sometimes required to accommodate equipment repairs we ask that only contractors located in the United Kingdom provide quotes to this RFQ.
