Description

Services for licensed pilots and associated equipment for pilotage of US Navy Vessels in the Columbia River Bar area. Contract will be a firm, fixed price Requirements, Indefinite Delivery/Quantity type service contract utilizing delivery orders for all work performance on an as required basis. FOB Destination: Columbia River Bar area. Period of performance shall be 01 January 2006 through 31 December 2006. Includes option provision for two additional 12-month periods. Oregon Pilotage Tarriff Number A-9, dated 01 September 2005 applies. The acquisition is an unrestricted solicitation and will be in accoradance with FAR 12 and 13.5. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, Puget Sound. No telephone, email or fax requests for the solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will be posted to NECO, www.neco.navy.mil, on or about November 2, 2005. All parties are responsible for downloading the solicitation document and any subsequent amendments from the NECO site.
