- Description
- Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Puget Sounds has a requirement for SCADA maintenance to be negotiated on a sole source basis with Advance Control Systems, Norcross, GA per FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement, A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All subscription maintenance is poprietary in nature and are not available for release to other contractors or government offices. The procedures of FAR Part 12 will be utilized. A firm fixed price service type contract is anticipated. The period of performance beginning on the date of award through 30 September 2006. The RFQ will be issued on or about 26 October 2005 with a 5-day closing. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No telephone requests for the solicitation will be accepted.
