- ALL REQUESTS SHALL BE ON YOUR COMPANY LETTERHEAD WITH NAME, ADDRESS, TELEPHONE NUMBER, FAX NUMBER, POINT OF CONTACT, AND SOLICITATION NUMBER; PLEASE NO EMAILS. The Naval Special Warfare Command, Detachment Annapolis has a requirement for the following: to re-calibrate six (6) Co2 Sensors, Customer Part number for each one is 6393099-4 and Marisys part number is 330-0026. The manufacturer is Marisys, 131 NW 43rd Street, Boca Raton Florida 33431. This contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days after date of publication of this synopsis shall be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice or received as a result of a notice of intent shall normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any request shall be faxed to 410-293-5293 attention Mrs. Wilma Phoebus, voice mail is 410-293-1373. This solicitation shall close on Friday 4 November 2005 at 3:30 PM. NO ORAL REQUEST OR QUESTIONS SHALL BE HONORED. ALL FORMS SHALL BE COMPLETELY FILLED OUT AND RETURNED WITH BID. FAILURE TO DO SO SHALL DEEM BID TO BE UNACCEPTABLE AND SHALL BE REJECTED WITHOUT NOTICE. All forms shall be completely filled out and return with bid. Failure to do so shall deem your bid to be unacceptable and shall be rejected. This is a small business set-aside. See note 22.
