Description

This is a Sources Sought for Blanket Purchase Agreements for concrete and associated materials to be delivered to Offutt AFB, Nebraska. This is being announced for full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 327320. The small business size standard is 500 employees. An electronic copy of the price list is available upon email request to cindy.sand@offutt.af.mil. Period of Performance will be 1 Jan 06 thru 31 Dec 2010. The Government anticipates awarding up to three (3) separate Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs). Each individual BPA call limit will be $10,000; the BPA Master Dollar Limit will be $275,000.00. The price list will be effective for a period of one year (unless otherwise annotated) and will be incorporated as part of the BPA. A new price list will be requested from the vendor on an annual basis. No partial quotes will be considered. The contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA) prior to award. If your firm is not already registered in CCR or ORCA, go to www.ccr.gov and www.bpn.gov to register prior to submitting a quote. Your offer must include the solicitation number, the completed price list, name, address, and phone number of a point of contact.
