- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and proposals are being requested. Please not that there is an attachment to this synoposis/solicitation which details additional information. AMC Contracting Flight intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price contract, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and 13. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 334220 with a Small Business Size Standard of 750 employees. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. The solicitation number for this announcement is Request for Proposal (RFP) FA4452-05-R-0017. This requirement is Closed Circuit Flightline Video (CCFV) System Installation at Spangdahlem Airbase, Germany. Period of performance is 17 September 2005 through 17 November 2005. Information shall be provided in a format that reflects the price for installation of the CCFV system and any associated travel and other direct cost. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, with no obligation to the offeror by the Government. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-04. The provision at FAR 52-212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition.
