Description: This Request for Proposal seeks to obtain the services of a contractor to implement USAID/Jamaica-CAR's five-year goal of Improved Governance through Citizen Security and Participation under USAID/J-CAR's Jamaica Country Strategy FY 2005 - 2009. The timeframe of the contract is from the award date through September 30, 2009. The Government estimate is approximately US$7m over the life of the program. The successful contractor will be responsible for leveraging USAID funding with that of other donors and the private sector in Jamaica. The successful contractor will be responsible for achieving annual and end of strategy results.
