- PR-No.: IQC05069009081, NSN 5965-01-260-8701. Diaphragm-Microphone, I/A/W Drawing NR 81361 5-1-1047 and all associated DWGs, NORs. Quantity to-be-determined at the rate of 16,816-each in 100 days ADO, and any balance delivered at the rate of 1,000-each every 30-days thereafter. Various quantity increments solicited: 1-8,999, 9,000-17,999, 18,000-36,999, 37,000-44,999, 45,000-54,999 and 55,000-67,264. Full and Open Competition applies, First Article Testing is required, contractor testing 2-TE within 60 days. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERICAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. The proposed procurement is a solicitation for an Indefinite Quantity Contract, consisting of one (1) 12-month base year, and two (2) 12-months option period. The total duration shall not exceed 36-months. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
